Solutions was formed in 2000 from humble beginnings and based on the above foundations by today’s directors and we now service hundreds of clients throughout Yorkshire, both blue chip and recognised local corporates.
The contract cleaning industry generally has a poor reputation of its own doing. Lack of supervision, running out of cleaning products, poor or little management contact, lack of quality control, lack of health and safety (COSHH & Risk assessment, colour coding), high staff turnover and poorly trained staff. These are just some of the reasons potential clients give us for their current dissatisfaction with their service provider.
These results are generally caused by overloading the contract maangers portfolio, which means instead of being proactive, their days are spent being reactive, and firefighting problems.
At Solutions 4 Cleaning, we only allocate a manageable number of contracts to each manager with the remit to partner our clients/operatives by building a sound sound long term relationship through quality monitoring and delivering a proactive service tailored to each individual customers needs.
Support is given from the head office function and our directors are very much hands on. If an issue should arise this is shared by the management team and a swift solution in put in place. This level of personal involvement and accessibility by senior management means we react positively and efficiently to the change in needs of our clients and staff alike.
